We love our volunteers! Volunteers are what keep the festival going smoothly. We usually need around a hundred eager people to help vendors, staff our games, set up and tear down the various areas of activities, and man our information tables.

Volunteers are needed on Saturday, May 18 (from 11 am to 3?)- to man four set-up teams  Each team will have a captain and a list of what needs to be done. Volunteers who sign up for this should arrive before 11 am in Walb G08 and will be assigned a team.

Volunteers are needed from 8 am to Noon on Sunday to man  six set-up teams.  Volunteers who sign up for this should check in by 8 am at the Volunteer Check-in table in front of  the Walb Bookstore.  They will be assigned a team.

From Noon to 3 pm and 3 pm to 6 pm. volunteers will be needed for individual assignments. Any volunteer working on Sunday during the Noon to 6 pm time  (excluding contest judges and bouncy ball water game helpers) will be required to attend a short training session on Saturday at 10 am in Walb G08 so he/she will know what to do and where. During the festival, work shifts are usually 3 hours in length so that volunteers may also enjoy the festival.

After 6 pm, volunteers are needed for 10 tear-down teams.  Volunteers signing up to help  tear-down should gather in Walb G08 by 6 pm to be assigned teams.  We anticipate this shift will be 6 pm-8 pm.

Because of the change of venue to PFW, the minimum age of volunteers has changed.  PFW rules require that volunteers  be at least 18 years old.  A volunteer under 18 must have a parent or guardian volunteering with him/her.  Older volunteers are very appreciated also. Volunteers get to see a different side of the festival and take home great memories!

VOLUNTEERS MAY VOLUNTEER FOR MORE THAN ONE TIME PERIOD!
